Mindfulness:
Many of us go through our lives without really being present in the moment. Trying to enjoy each moment may actually be good for our health.
Mindfulness is the ancient practice is about being completely aware of what’s happening in the present and that’s going on inside and all that’s happening around you.
Mindfulness can help reduce stress, improve your mental and physical health, and even increase your overall happiness in life. The easiest way to practice mindfulness is to focus on the breath, resting your attention on the inhalation and exhalation repeatedly.

Practising yoga regularly helps to clear your mind and offers you... calm, focusing and increases concentration. Believe me, I have practicing it from 20 years. Yoga gives boy flexibility and mind peace. I'm practicing it for 2hours sometimes, I feel to last myself. This is the most relaxing state of our body.
Practicing meditation for 20 minutes... With your eyes closed, simply breathe in while saying "breathe in" in your head as you do. Then breathe out and say "breathe out". Many people find morning to be the best time to meditate because it's typically the part of the day with the least distractions.
Spend time with Pets and Plants:
Pets and plants have a direct connection with a person's health and happiness or wellbeing. You will benefit from the calming effects of both animals and plants. The longer you practice these health boosting activities, the more you will see the positive results!
As a Plant lover:
Being in an environment rich in plant life will improve your memory and concentration by 20%. Plants generate a calming effect. We can plant some indoor plants at home. Keeping potted ornamental plants in the workplace also.
As a Pet parent:
Those of us who are animal lovers might not understand exactly what is going on inside our hearts... when we are petting and loving our dog or cat. I lived with cats and now living with a dog Goofy. I never use this word 'dog'.
