Hatha yoga teaches us to use the body as the bow, asana as the arrow, and the soul the target. Hatha yoga is a powerful tool for self-transformation.
WHAT IS YOGA? :
A physical bending with mental concentration is yoga, this is my definition of yoga. We are just watching the bending bodies in television or in phones. Yoga is not just the bending...it is about mental balance too. Without concentration, we can't bend our bodies after having so many years of practicing.

HATA YOGA:
We commonly known asanas come under pathanjali yoga. Hata yoga and pathanjali yoga are different principles. Mudras and certain kundalini-related ideas are included in Haṭha yoga, but not mentioned in the pathanjali yoga.
Pathanjali yoga gives more importance to the mind and where hata yoga concentrates on body exercises. If you are more interested to read about hatayoga, you can go through this link.
Vajrasana is come under hata yoga.
VAJRASANA:
Some people with bended shoulders and low body posture... Looking bad. By practicing vajrasana for 1 month, automatically body shows well difference. Strengthening of back muscles and will give good posture. A strong body posture boosts confidence and mental well-being.
REQUIREMENTS:
Yoga mat or a cotton blanket.
TIME OF PRACTICING:
The time of Morning sunrise or Evening sunset for any yoga poses. For vajrasana, not mentioned a time. One can sit in vajrasana in any time, after lunch, before lunch, that's your wish.
HOW TO DO:
LOVING YOURSELF is a PRACTICE, JUST LIKE YOGA. NOBODY EVER GOT GOOD AT YOGA BY BELIEVING IN IT. YOU HAVE TO DO IT. EVEN WHEN IT'S HARD. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S HARD.
